The three characteristics of Daniel Shoulder rests.
1, They are made of maple wood, the same wood as the violin back, therefore they vibrate together with the violin, making bigger resonating sound, also making the player feel closer to the violin body.
Because the maple shoulder rest affects the sound, each shoulder rest made of different material that affects the sound differently, so we recommend players choose at least from three shoulder rests to find the one that you like the sound best.
2, Because our shoulder rests are pure hand-made by violin makers, one differs slightly from another, therefore we also recommend players to choose at least from three shoulder rests to find the one that suites your body best.
3, Our shoulder rest use non-slip rubber feet that fit the violin firmly, almost no worry of dropping off from the violin during the playing.
３つの大きな特徴
１． 材質
バイオリンの裏板に使われるメープル材を使用しています。そのため（音を奏でると）肩当とバイオリンとが共鳴し、他材質の肩当では得られない素晴らしい響きを実現します。まるで楽器が体の一部になった感覚をぜひ味わい下さい。また、天然素材ゆえに全てが全く同じとは限らないので、できる事なら肩当を選ぶ際は実際に試奏してお好みの音色の１つをお選び頂くことをお勧めいたします。
２．タイプ
３種類ございます。全て手作りのため同じ形状の中でも個々に微妙な違いがあり、それは音に大きく影響します。まずはタイプ選びから。ご自身に最適な形状を見つけるには、やはり実際に装着して構えて一番しっくりするタイプをお選びいただく事を強くご提案いたします。
３．構造
ゴム製の脚には滑り止めがついてるので楽器をしっかり掴まえて外れにくい構造になっています。
